Customer relationship management software is a resource to help with one kind of business questions. Classical perspectives to customer relationships adopting CRM and simple workflow softwares break down. It's the obligation of the business process management to define its client relationship vision and capacity. The workflow tool can be made to be in tune with. A CRM system is just a sales aide tool with perspective investigation.

I would like to have a memo on what is rare with Vtiger CRM. The human factor put inside infinite variables and accordingly exceptions to every axiom. CRM softwares themselves are really deficient for developinging anything but old-school client service efficacy. Sales is arduous but with repeatable diagrams and driven together with groups of experienced employees. Customer relationships deal with emotional states and in these context the use of BPM is really the worst idea.

Business process management can assist in the customer relationship but it's in increment of conventional CRM tools.
